I'm Melinda Doden, a dedicated health coach specializing in supporting menopausal and perimenopausal women on their wellness journey. With over 30 years of experience in the bodywork field, I am a registered Advanced Ortho-bionomy Practitioner and Instructor, as well as a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and Wholistic Kinesiologist.

My passion lies in helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their bodies, empowering them to take control of their health and reclaim their well-being. I believe that true wellness encompasses not only physical health but also emotional and spiritual well-being.
